Why do men bottle up their emotions?

It is a fact that most men if not all of them do not express their emotions whenever they are hurt or going through some issues. I think this is because the society expect them to be strong, which is so wrong because they are also humans just like the rest of us. This makes it hard for them to seek out help or even ask for it. That is why they are caretorized as the difficult gender to deal with because they are broken inside.

As the result, they commit suicide as the way to deal with their pain or run away from that pain. It's high time society understand that these people are human they also get hurt and have emotions like women.

How do think men can be helped so as to reduce their suicide rate ?

  6. I think the society needs to stop making it so difficult for males to open up when they're going through hardships, we need to make it easier for them to approach us as females when they're going through some things

The society should offer support and encouragement, treat both genders equally and acknowledge that their feelings are legitimate. BANNA HA SE LINKU KE BATHO LE BONA.
