Why do men bottle up their emotions?
It is a fact that most men if not all of them do not express their emotions whenever they are hurt or going through some issues. I think this is because the society expect them to be strong, which is so wrong because they are also humans just like the rest of us. This makes it hard for them to seek out help or even ask for it. That is why they are caretorized as the difficult gender to deal with because they are broken inside.
As the result, they commit suicide as the way to deal with their pain or run away from that pain. It's high time society understand that these people are human they also get hurt and have emotions like women.

It starts off at an early stage. Men are not people who like talking about what they are going through because they don't wanna to appear weak
ReplyDeleteBut that behavior affect you and the people around you

ReplyDeleteMy husband had the very same problem of bottling his emotions until he was diagnosed with depression, that gender really need help
ReplyDeleteA very serious help
DeleteMen are afraid to open up about their issues.......
ReplyDeleteIt's so sad
DeleteUntil the society understands that males are human too and have feelings, nothing will change
ReplyDeleteI think the society needs to stop making it so difficult for males to open up when they're going through hardships, we need to make it easier for them to approach us as females when they're going through some things
ReplyDeleteSimple as that

DeleteMan love to act strong and this destroy them so much
ReplyDeleteThey do not realize it affects us
DeleteI think it's because they don't like sharing since it's not easy for them to open up
ReplyDeleteThey should at least try to open up
DeleteThis is so sad🥺
ReplyDeleteAll they need to do is open up and talk about things that they go through
ReplyDeleteSimple as that
DeleteMost definitely because they think they can handle anything and they can't
ReplyDeleteThat behavior needs to come to an end
DeleteOur love and support will help them go through their situation bcoz if we don't care about them they will think of suicide .
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely
DeleteThey are afraid to be judged hence they bottle up whatever that is bothering them up until they can't handle the pain
DeleteCommitting suicide as a result
DeleteSociety needs to let men know that they can talk about it...
ReplyDeleteMonna hase nku...
They are humans. They need to shed out out the pain
DeleteI think they should be helped, those dudes go through a lot and never talk about it
ReplyDeleteSadly it affects people around them
DeleteThe society should offer support and encouragement, treat both genders equally and acknowledge that their feelings are legitimate. BANNA HA SE LINKU KE BATHO LE BONA.
ReplyDeleteThat's the honest truth, those people are really struggling
DeleteMost men bottle up their emotions because they believe that crying out for help is a sign of weakness.
ReplyDeleteIt's not being weak it's being human
DeleteIf only they could get to share their problems with people, they can get help
ReplyDeleteMore especially if we are willing to help
